Latonya Rose-McFadden, founder of Elite M’Pression, holds a Bachelor of Arts in human resource training and development from Limestone College and a certificate in career coaching and HR consulting from IAP Career College. She is a member of the International Association of Professional Career Coaches and has partnered as a career coach with Growing Perspectives Career Consulting, a company located in Midlothian, Virginia.

 

In her spare time, Latonya enjoys traveling, spending time with family and learning new crafts.
